Eden Pines has six glamping pods for two, each with its own private hot tub on its own terrace, on a four-and-a-half-acre working smallholding at Oxton Hill near Southwell. It is close enough to Nottingham for a night out or a day in the city, and far enough that the only light at night comes from your own terrace.
The park is adults only, so it suits couples looking for a quiet break rather than families with young children. If you live in Nottingham, it is a genuine escape without a long drive. Eden Pines is around 11 miles north-east of the city centre, which is about a 25-minute drive via the A612 or A614. Trains run from Nottingham to Newark and Lowdham if you would rather not drive.
