The Family Behind the Park

    Our Story

Eden Pines is what happens when a family stakes everything on a hillside and a big idea.

    Why Eden Pines Exists

We didn't buy a park. We grew one.

Most holiday parks start with a masterplan and a fleet of diggers. Ours started with a family walking a green field on Oxton Hill and deciding it was too special not to share.

We live this project every day — planting the beds, tending the hens and the hives, choosing every finish in every pod. By the time our first guests arrive in December 2026, every corner of Eden Pines will have been shaped by hand.

The idea is simple: a healthy, happy glamping retreat where couples can slow down, eat well and soak under the stars — looked after by the people who built it.

    It started with the land

A green field on Oxton Hill, worked into a smallholding — sheep, hens, beehives, herbs, fruit and vegetables, grown the biodynamic way.

    Then came the pods

Six five-star pods, each with its own hot tub, hand-picked and styled by the family — the kind of place we'd want to stay ourselves.

    Built by a family

Eden Pines is a family project in the fullest sense — we've put everything into this hillside, and it shows in every detail.

    And it keeps growing

We open with six pods in December 2026, and the park will keep growing from there.

Be part of the first chapter

Our first guests this November will see Eden Pines at the very start of its story. We'd love you to be among them.
