From the Land
A smallholding, still growing
We're planting this from scratch. Some of it is already here — the sheep, the hill, the views — and much of it is going in now, bed by bed, ready to come into its own over our first few seasons. We work with the land rather than against it, and as things start producing, our guests share in them. This is our home as well as your stay: we live here, we keep the animals ourselves, and you're welcome to join in.
Sheep on the Hill
Our small flock is already here, keeping the grass down across the 4.5 acres.
Free-Range Hens
The hens arrive as we open, so there should be eggs to collect before long.
Goats & Dexter Cattle
Goats and a few Dexters — the smallest cattle you'll meet, barely bigger than a sheep — join the paddocks as the park grows.
Beehives
Hives are going in on the wildflower edges. Honey will follow once they've settled.
Fruit, Veg & Herbs
Newly planted beds and young fruit trees. They'll fill out over the first seasons — help yourself to whatever's ready.
Lend a Hand
Feed the animals, lend a hand in the garden, or leave us to it — entirely up to you.
The Size of the Place
A small park, on purpose
Eden Pines is four and a half acres with six pods on it. That is the whole of it — a smallholding with a handful of places to stay, screened by its own hedges and trees, run by the family who live here. Quiet is the product; we have every reason to keep it that way.

Two two-bedroom lodges are at planning application stage. Anything beyond that would need permission of its own, applied for in the open.
At the Front of the Park
The park shop
No dash to the supermarket needed: the shop at the front of the park stocks the essentials for your stay alongside whatever the smallholding has in season.
Everyday supplies, local treats and park produce.
Look out for weekend pop-ups as the park grows — think mobile gin bar on a summer evening.
